Voiding a Shipment
How to Void a Shipment That Has Not Yet Been Shipped
You can void charges for a shipment that has already billed to your UPS account, but has not been shipped. Here's how:

  1. Log into your My UPS account.
  2. Roll over the Tracking tab at the top of the page and select Void a Shipment from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the tracking number for the shipment you wish to void, and select Continue.
  4. You will see shipment information for the tracking number you entered.
If your shipment includes one package: Verify that the information is correct for the charges you wish to void, then select Void to complete the transaction.
If your shipment includes multiple packages: Verify that the information is correct for the charges you wish to void. Select the checkbox next to the packages you wish to void shipping charges, then select Void to complete the transaction.
  5. If your shipment exceeds the 20-package limit, you must contact UPS to void the shipment. Get started by selecting the Contact UPS link below.

You will then be taken to a Void Request Confirmation screen, which you can print and save for your records. Shipments can be voided up to 90 days after processing, provided the shipments are not within the UPS system.
