UPS Billing Center Login Update
What is changing?
Beginning in January 2012, when logging into the UPS Billing Center, you will be prompted to convert your UPS Billing Center ID and password to a My UPS ID and password. You will be able to use your current UPS Billing Center ID and password until the end of March 2012. After March, you will be required to use a My UPS ID and password to access your invoices in the UPS Billing Center.

When logging into the UPS Billing Center, simply follow the prompts to convert to a My UPS ID and password. You will be able to convert to an existing My UPS ID or create a new one as part of this process.

Why the change?
  • Single ID and password to access multiple UPS applications
  • Enhanced security features, including:
    • Increased password strength
    • Security image
    • Additional security questions
